Field Milk Graders Job Qualifications

• Be a certificate / Diploma holder in Dairy Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, and Analytical Science and have at least 3 years relevant experience.
• Be innovative, enthusiastic and energetic, able to work with minimum supervision and possess excellent organizational skills including the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills, a pleasant and outgoing personality
• Be self-motivated and team orientated and work to a high level of integrity and accountability, with keen attention to details.
• Have good communication, interpersonal and report in skills.
• Be Computer literate with hands on working experience in operating Microsoft Office suite specially MS Word and MS Excel.
• Fluency in both oral and written English and Kiswahili. Knowledge of local dialects will be an added advantage.

Roles for the Field Milk Graders Job

• Reporting all the activities that have occurred during the field work. Must ensure satisfaction with the quality of milk delivered at the company from the field.
• Ensuring that the company milk transportation process is duly followed including ascertaining the quantity of milk procured, quality of the milk, and use of security seals and the locking of the transportation tanker.
• Sampling, analysis and testing of raw milk in the field, ensuring that it complies with the standards set by the company.
• Ensuring hygiene is held top on the agenda in the process of milk grading, collection and transportation.
• Duly and adequately communicate all occurrences to the Quality assurance Assistant Manager from time to time.

Roles for the Sterilizer Operator Job

• Decontaminates and sterilizes instruments, medical supplies and equipment, and assembles, wraps and sterilizes trays of instruments. Follows proper Standard Precautions while in decontamination and sterilization areas.
• Monitors biological and chemical wash solution to ensure quality and consistency for decontamination of instruments and medical equipment.
• Sorts mismatched sets of instruments, trays, and medical equipment and makes them available to sterile processing customers in a timely manner.
• Restocks, labels, and maintains inventory, submits requisitions, collects and distributes instruments, trays, crash carts, and facility medical equipment.
• Performs environmental maintenance duties and assists in maintaining inventory levels in sterile processing, the operating room, and in equipment storage areas.
• Verifies that equipment functions properly, requisitions for equipment maintenance, repair or replacement, and removes defective equipment.
• Maintains a clean work area
• Assists with maintaining established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, and quality improvement, safety, and environmental and infection control standards.
• Communicates appropriately using good interpersonal skills

Roles for the QA Executive Job

• Identifies trends and tendencies with respect to lot, product and type of complaint and determines the cause, draft complaints report.
• Follow up customer complaints and prepare trend analysis reports
• Analyzing customer complaints
• carrying out market audits
• Follow up on dispatched products returns, establish cause of returns and remedies
• participating in internal and external audits (suppliers’ and customers audit)

QA Executive Job Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Food Science or Food Technology from a reputable university
• Conversant with a good understanding of Milk processing plant.
• Experience in HACCP and UHT quality systems.
• Must have an experience in Quality Assurance
• Advance knowledge in Product quality management /customer complaints,customer relations
• At-least 3 years’ work Experience in dairy industry and FMCG.
