    2 Sales Supervisors

    Salary: Ksh 40,000

    Our client is a distribution and logistics company with core business being distribution of FMCG Products, with products from BAT and EABL being a significant part of their business within Kenya. They are currently looking to hire 2 Sales Supervisors to manage sales riders/drivers/executives and distribution of all company products by optimally using the available resources in accordance with the business strategy and objectives to achieve profitable volume of sales.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    1. Provide leadership to day to day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals.
    2. Seek out and target new clients and new sales opportunities, initiates action plans to approach and secure new business for the company.
    3. Manage the overall activities of the Sales executives while ensuring the sales revenue and volume targets are met as per budgets.
    4. Undertaking business development researches that include specifying marketing segments and monitoring competition activities.
    5. Daily/weekly/monthly generation of the sales and performance reports.
    6. Evaluating the performance of the sales team by conducting regular appraisal (individual & Team) to identify areas of improvement and making necessary recommendations/changes that would increase efficiency of the team.
    7. Provide leadership in planning for meetings and presentations at clients premises.
    8. Seek out and target new clients and new sales opportunities, initiates action plans to approach and secure new business for the company.
    9. Key contact for site visits with the sales executives in the field.

    Qualifications & Competencies

    1. Degree/Diploma in business-related field or finance field.
    2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG, 1 in managing a sales team.
    3. Ability to create new markets.
    4. Ability to lead a team, leadership skills.
    5. O level Minimum C Plain with C in Mathematics and English is a MUST.
    6. Prior experience working in alcohol distribution companies is an added advantage.
    7. Valid DL
