Paid Communication Intern Job Duties

• Operating and managing content on all social media platforms i.e Facebook, Twitter ,Instagram etc
• Reputation management of online content of the brand Uliza Links.
• Report directly to the Communication and Marketing Manager on new developments/trends on social media
• Identify, manage and maintain an active presence through regular communications
• Set up a communication plan for her tasks and any incoming calls of clients or inquiries.
• Be able to communicate with clients in brief and inform them about Uliza Links and any services being provided in the company.
• Research on new content from several websites online and update the content writers on news or adverts that the company can engage in.
• Engage in brand management duties and come up with ideas that the brand can implement to create a greater impression.
• Update new adverts that are supposed to be shared on social media and check on the client’s response.
• Client management: Talk with clients and communicate with them on the best location to set up a meeting.
• Attend all meetings with clients and write down minutes of the discussion.
• Follow up and communicate with new/existing clients.

Paid Communication Intern Job Requirements

• A student studying Communications or Journalism Degree.
• A graduate with the same holders and working experience will be an added advantage.
