ICT Officer Job Responsibilities

• Developing IT policies and procedures and ensuring their continuous review;
• Supporting    Divisions    of    the    Institute    in    leveraging    IT    solutions    to    meet  their  goals through  the  use  of  appropriate  technologies  in  distance  or  ex-situ judicial  education   platforms,   case   management   systems   and   other functional areas;
• Managing the Institute’s local area network, Wi-Fi,    internet    and    related forms of connectivity;
• Ensuring network security through installation of appropriate hardware and software and
• Overseeing maintenance, upgrades and repairs of ICT equipment

Qualifications for ICT Officer Job

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field;
• Five (5) years’ experience in networking, systems administration and IT support in a fast paced or rapidly growing organization;
• Advanced  knowledge  and  experience  in  implementing  IT  related  policies  and procedures;
• Ability    and    willingness    to    continuously    stay    up    to    date    with    relevant technological advancements in the market; and
• Ability to be adaptable and flexible
