Operations Officer
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , Diploma , Vocational
- Experience 3 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Media / Advertising / Branding
- Site scouting for new billboard sites
- Supervising of billboard base casting
- Supervising of new billboard site installations
- Renewal of expired billboard sites
- Acquiring billboard site approvals for new sites
- Ensuring that requisite advertising fees and charges are paid
- Carrying out client site visits to our various billboard sites country wide
- Ensuring that pruning of trees is conducted regularly to enhance visibility of billboards
- Negotiating and closing lease contract deals with potential landlords.
- Negotiating renewal terms for existing lease agreements.
- Attending County meetings.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the Directors and Head of Operations.
