About the Role

1. NestVest is a fast-growing Nairobi property platform covering residential rentals, resales and new-project promotions. We are hiring a Senior UI/UX & Product Designer to own product design across our platform plus the brand/graphic visuals that power our marketing. We need a designer who is broad, product-minded and hands-on in front-end basics — not a single-track Figma artist.

What We Look For (Core Requirements)

1. Rich UI/UX Portfolio across B2C, B2B and multiple industries — live links that prove genuine breadth of experience.
2. Graphic / Brand Design portfolio: e-commerce, brand identity, packaging and related visuals — we judge on aesthetic quality.
3. Product Mindset: understand the full product-development flow (discovery → design → build → test → iterate) and can proactively solve UX problems with engineering & product.
4. Front-End Mindset: able to make basic style changes in HTML & CSS yourself, without waiting for engineering.

Responsibilities

1. Design & iterate web/mobile product: property search, listing pages, lead flows, dashboards, admin tools (Figma, design systems).
2. Produce brand & marketing visuals: campaigns, listings, social creatives, e-commerce graphics.
3. Collaborate with product & engineering on flows, prototypes and pixel-accurate handoff.

Requirements

1. 3+ years of relevant design experience preferred.
2. Fluent English; strong communication & collaboration.
3. Able to commute to Kilimani, Nairobi.
