    Chief Estates Manager

    Requirements for the Chief Estates Manager Job

    • PhD degree in Building Economics, Civil Engineering, Mechanical services or Architecture or any other relevant area
    • Valid Certificate of Good Conduct
    • Must be computer literate
    • Master’s degree in the relevant field
    • Three (3) years’ experience as Estates Manager or comparable position
    • Be registered with a relevant Professional body
    • Valid Certificate of Good Conduct
    • Must be computer literate
    • Exemplary work performance
