    Salaries Scale: 164,100-222,000

    Responsibilities Compliance & Testing Manager Jobs 

    • Coordinating implementation of anti-doping Compliance and Testing Policies, Strategies and Programs;
    • Providing standard guidelines on the quality of testing equipment;
    • Ensuring establishment of Registered Testing Pool (RTP) as per the International
    • Standard for Testing and Investigation (ISTI);
    • Publishing criteria for inclusion of sports persons into Registered Testing Pool;
    • Identifying and engaging credible anti-doping facilitators for doping control process, TUE and Results Management (RM);
    • Establishing cases on Anti-Doping Rules Violations;
    • Submitting applications to the TUE Panel;
    • Compiling and submitting investigation reports to the Results Management Panel;
    • Implementing compliance policies, strategies and programs; and
    • Developing standard manuals on compliance. 

    Qualifications for the Compliance & Testing Manager Job 

    • Served in the grade of Assistant Manager, Compliance/Testing Officer for a minimum period of three (3) years;
    • Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines:- Physical Education, Sports
    • Science or Leisure and Recreation Management from a recognized institution.OR Bachelor’s degree in Social sciences with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Sports
    • Administration and Management from a recognized institution.
    • Master`s degree in any of the following disciplines: – Physical Education, Recreation
    • Management, Exercise and Sports Science from a recognized institution. OR Master’s degree in Social sciences with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Sports
    • Administration and Management from a recognized institution.
    • Certificate in Strategic Leadership Development Programme lasting not less than six weeks from a recognized institution.
    • Senior Management Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution.
    • Certificate in Computer applications from a recognized institution.

    Method of Application

    Candidates interested in the above positions are expected to fulfill the requirements of chapter six of the constitution of Kenya, 2010. They must obtain and submit with their application copies of clearance certificates from the following organizations:

    • Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA)
    • Higher Education Loans Board (HELB)
    • Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission.
    • Criminal Investigation Department (Certificate of Good Conduct)
    • Credit Reference Bureau (CRB)
