a) Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail the following:
1) Coordinate implementation of the Institutes and departmental work plans;
2) Monitor the implementation of the Institute’s strategic plan and service charter; and
3) Review the Institute’s Policies, Strategies, Projects and Programmes.
b) Requirement for Appointment For appointment to this grade an applicant must have:
(i) A Master’s Degree in Economics or related field from a recognized Institution with a working experience of at least three (3) years. Applicants with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics of at least five (5) years will be considered;
(ii) Have demonstrated professional competence in planning, or a related area and a team player;
(iii) Proficient in computer use and application; and
(iv) Initiative, team player and highly motivated.
