Technology Change Manager at Huawei Technologies

Job responsibilties:

To control the lifecycle of all changes, enabling beneficial changes to be made with minimum disruption to Safaricom Network Services. The role holders will also manage logical access to all the Safaricom Technology infrastructure.

• Provision of fault/alarm details to Second Level.
• On call support to Field Operations.
• Engagement of external Managed Service Providers for trouble resolution.
• Critical/Major Incident Follow Up.

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years experience in Change Management (Change Policing, Orchestration and Logical Access Management) based on the above requirements 
2. B.Sc in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical/Computer/Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent
3. Other training requirements：
- ITIL V3 certification

      - ICDL Certification

Role is based in Nairobi, Kenya. Relocation will not be considered.
