Overseeing the daily financial operations of the organization.

Junior Accounting Job Responsibilities

• Book Keeping – Compile daily and monthly records in-line with company policy and procedure.
• Planning and Budget – Assists in the preparation of monthly and annual budget statements.
• Cash Management – overseeing petty cash disbursements and reconciliations.
• Taxation and Statutory Obligations – ensure timely filing of all the statutory returns.
• Policy and Procedures – Assist with the implementation the financial systems and policies.
• Reconciliation and reports – prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports as per supervisor request.
• Stakeholders Relationships – maintain stakeholder relationship in-line with company policy and procedure.

Qualifications for the Junior Accounting Job

• University degree plus CPA qualification
• 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role
• SAP User experience is preferred
