Consultancy - Production of Radio Magazine Show at World Animal Protection

Essential Qualifications

a) The Firm shall have at least 2 years of experience in producing and broadcasting radio programs on various aspects of animal welfare. Experience of working in the animal welfare field will be and added advantage.

b) Access to high quality production equipment and studios.

c) Demonstrating functional know-how of concept development, content management and creative writing.

d) Fluency in local languages where World Animal Protection works.

Documents to be submitted:

1. Names, address, e-mail number of the firm.
2. Professional experience of having produced or managed radio programs in the past 2 years. Programming experience on Animal Welfare activities will be given preference.
3. Bio-data of the key persons of the creative team. The Firm will also submit documentary proof of ownership/retainership of production facilities, if any.

Tasks of the Firm:

• The Firm will create an environment suitable for creative work and establish a productive relationship with World Animal Protection and partners.
• Preparation (design and development) and pre-testing of 12 radio magazines shows each based on provided literature and technical information. The contractor will be in close coordination with the Communication Specialist and Programme team during design and development of radio magazine shows and shall be approved by him/her prior broadcast.
• Scripting and production of radio magazine show by personnel qualified in radio production and outreach.
• The Firm will submit the cost of production of radio magazine show

Submission

In response to these Terms of Reference the Consultant is required to submit the following documents:

I. A detailed portfolio showcasing the past work and various work.

II. A technical bid (not more than two pages) detailing interpretation of the TOR and execution of assignment and relevant referees with their contacts.

III. A work plan

IV. A financial bid detailing the overall cost of the assignment.

Intellectual Property Rights: The product of this consultancy is World Animal Protection property. Under no circumstances will the consultant use the information resulting from this consultancy for publication or dissemination without official permission (in writing) from World Animal Protection.
