    Unit Manager

    Unit Manager Job Responsibilities:

    • To achieve the Unit’s sales budget;
    • To achieve the set product mix and agent productivity targets;
    • To supervise, motivate and assist a team of Sales Agents;
    • To recruit and train Life Sales Agents in the said unit;
    • To recommend the appointment of Life sales Agents to Kenyan Alliance;
    • To assist Life Sales Agents to produce Life Assurance business that is acceptable to Kenyan Alliance;
    • To ensure that Sales Agents meet their individual quotas of new business production;
    • To ensure that sales are procured from both newly opened markets and existing ones.

    Qualifications for the unit manager Job 

    • Minimum Age: 25 years
    • Education: O-Level Minimum grade C Plain and has a
    • Degree or a Diploma in a sales related field.
    • Minimum experience: 3 years as a sales agent.
