Job Description

Position requirements:-

• Certificate in Health Records and Information Technology preferably from KMTC.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Good Communication skills.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Registration of patients and generation of new charts for new patients.
• Retrieval of in-patients and outpatient files and cards, and searching any missing files as well tracing them.
• Coding and indexing of diseases of both inpatient and outpatient files and cards according to ICD-10.
• Mounting of investigations and filing of both in patient and out patients files and cards.
• Provide full time coverage (including night duties) in rotation with the other records staff.
• Any other duty assigned to you by your supervisor.
