    Field Copier Engineers

    Job Description:

    Nairobi & Mombasa - Applicants must have strong computer background and must be experienced in copier/fax/printer maintenance.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    This key role will entail installation, maintenance, support and remote diagnostics on MFP/Printers.

    The role involves the Installation & Maintenance of all Copier/Printer products, including:

    • Servicing MFP's/Printers (additional training provided)
    • Attending breakdowns
    • Installing & setting up photocopiers/Printers
    • Networking photocopiers/Printers
    • Liaise with other departments for deliveries/installation
    • Deal with problems as quickly and efficiently as possible
    • Provide a highly satisfactory service to customers
