This is a leadership role which is responsible for conceptualization, creating and developing programs / content for TV as well as supervising a team

SPECIFIC DUTIES
- Develop new ideas for shows each quarter and ensure revamp of existing shows with new and creative ideas
- To give appropriate instructions to all parties involved making on-the spot decisions on any variation without interfering with the ow and content of the programs.
- Enhance content of the programs with graphics, video, research, and station branding
- Make and execute time sensitive decisions
- Supervise a team of creatives
- Create a strategy on the content plan for the TV stations every quarter
