Special Projects Lead at ICT Authority

Responsible for: Overall coordination of special ICT projects in Government

Key Tasks

• Oversee the execution of special ICT projects in Government
• Ensure that special ICT projects are implemented within the framework of the Government Enterprise Architecture (GEA)
• Ensure that projects are supported by best practice knowledge and they demonstrate business value and financial viability
• Track the performance of special ICT projects throughout their lifecycle
• Ensure that special ICT projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Ensure the hand-over to operational support (Infrastructure Support, Applications Support and Service Management
• Ensure business benefits can be realized or that risks inhibiting realization are highlighted
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications

• Degree in an ICT related field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology and Engineering)
• Seven years’ experience in the ICT field, including IT Governance, systems development, implementation and maintenance / enhancements of solutions operational responsibility in a corporate/public sector organization
