    Telemarketer

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience as Telemarketer or similar Sales/Customer Service role.
    • Experience in Gaming Industry is a plus.
    • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.
    • Working knowledge of MS Office applications and Telephone Systems.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
    • Persistent and results-oriented.
    • Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
    • Must have strong work ethics and willingness to learn in all aspects of the position.
    • Should possess good personal integrity, with a high sense of responsibility and accountability.
    • Should be a team player and very flexible to work in a dynamic and often hectic environment.
    • Proficient in Swahili and English.
    • High school diploma; BSc/Ba is a plus.
    • Between 20 to 32 years old.
    • Male and Female.
    • Residence in Nairobi.
    • No criminal record

    Job Summary

    We are looking for enthusiastic Telemarketers to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to actively participate in our services.

    A successful Telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints.

    The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele.

    Job Qualifications

    • Cold call people using a given phone directory to promore the company and it’s services.
    • Answer inbound calls from prospective customers.
    • Use scripts to provide information about our compay’s services.
    • Maintain a high degree of product knowledge and service expertise.
    • Ask pertinent questions to understand the customers’ requirements.
    • Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs.
    • Record and also compile the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system.
    • Compile customers reactions, comments and suggestions for management.
    • Attend to customer’s complaints or doubts to safeguard the companys reputation.
    • Conduct customer and marketing surveys.
    • Contact customers to follow upon initial interaction.
    • Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
