Key Responsibilities

• Source, hire and train technical staff (technical coordinators, installation technicians, assistants, site operatives and service technicians) to deliver as per global quality standards
• Monitor Technical KPIs, field quality and data quality and report to the relevant stakeholders at HQ
• Manage technical coordinators and their field teams including all technical operations in various geographical areas
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the general technical work process, the product development, service improvement and adaptation of all processes and products to the local context
• Ensure that field offices have conducive working conditions to deliver high quality standards
• Make/approve budgets and audit expense reports
• Plan, implement and evaluate big scale projects including minor civil works and mechanical equipments
• Coordinate tech ops with the other departments of finance, marketing, sales and admin
• Make, implement, monitor and evaluate annual planning and strategies

• You have 5+ years of rural implementation experience for innovative agri equipments or similar
• Background in technical engineering
• You have strong problem solving skills and are able to offer solution on the go
• You have experience in general management and good team leading skills
• You have a technical background and hands on experience in field work
• You are highly attentive to details and have a track record of maintaining global quality standards
• You have advanced computer package skills including technical drawing and calculation programs
• You have strong oral and written communication skills in English (speaking in local languages is a bonus)
