Job Description

Responsibilities

• In coordination with the MD and training manager, responsible for scheduling new trainings
• Developing and executing marketing and communications strategy that integrates social media and print marketing to meet class enrolment goals
• Designing and delivering marketing materials
• Working with accountant to reconcile payments and financial processes
• Providing assistance with development programs, including budgeting, monitoring and evaluation of programs, and report writing.
• Reporting on budgets to management, donors and investors

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters degree in Finance or Accounting/ACCA
• Excellent use of excel
• Good writing and powerpoint skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Knowledgeable and passionate about the job
• A team player but also a self-starter
