The hospital provides specialist care covering more than 20 aspects of paediatric specialisation, and also runs a teens’ clinic providing comprehensive healthcare to teenagers and young adults. Gertrude’s Children’s Hospital is licensed and recognised as a Level 5 Healthcare Facility, a Tertiary Referral and Teaching Children’s Hospital. The hospital operates on a self-sustaining financing model through charging fee for services.

    Specialised Nurses - Oncology, Critical Care & Cardiac Nursing

    Job Description

    In these roles you will be guaranteed the clinical autonomy to deliver safe, effective and patient focused care. You will be making a real difference to patients by utilising your broad clinical knowledge by; assessing patient’s presenting symptoms, advising them on next steps and referring them on to further care when appropriate.

    Qualifications, Experience and Skill

    • Relevant Specialised Nursing qualification.
    • At-least one (1) year post qualification experience
    • Commitment to first rate customer service and a can-do attitude
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
