This is a strategic position reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for providing overall leadership to the support functions in the Association which include operations, ICT and Procurement. The role involves providing strategic Leadership to departmental managers on operations issues, ensuring our ICT drives the bottom line, managing processes and procedures and ensuring proper operational controls are in place. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in ICT, Operations or related field.
• Professional Qualification in project management will be an added advantage
• Minimum 5 years of experience at senior management level.
• MBA Degree desirable

Desired skills and competencies include:

• In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. IT, supply chain, finance, customer service etc.)
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
• Demonstrated experience in financial planning and analysis with previous experience overseeing operations and information technology.
