Vendor Development Line Manager at Ericsson

What you will do:

• Lead ASP workforce planning to ensure sufficient, competent field resources aligned with rollout demand.
• Drive ASP performance management, monitoring delivery KPIs, quality trends, and adherence to SLAs.
• Strengthen ASP capability through structured coaching programs, targeted upskilling, and competence development plans.
• Ensure governance & compliance with technical standards, HSE policies, and deployment processes across all ASPs.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination with PMO, Quality, Technical Support, and Logistics to remove deployment blockers.
• Manage mentors, supervisors in region, creating better competent ASP.
• Implement continuous improvement actions to reduce defects, improve delivery efficiency, and standardize best practices
