Reporting to the Ward in Charge, this position is responsible for provision of high quality nursing care within (Maternity, Medical /Surgical wards, Theatre). In addition this position is responsible for shift leading and mentorship of nurses to deliver excellent customer service and quality nursing care.
Applicants must be in possession of a nursing qualification at Diploma or Degree level, with valid certification in BLS and ACLS plus a minimum of 4 years post-registration working experience in a busy hospital setting. Possession of a Higher National Diploma in a specialized area and experience leading a team will be a distinct advantage.
