• Qualification: Mechanical  or Chemical Engineer
• Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in a busy environment, with ERP background
• Industry: Manufacturing

Job Description:

• Development of quality goals and targets as part of the organization’s strategic plan.
• Maintain an overview of entire production and customer service process to ensure product quality.
• Perform routine material, process and product sampling, and testing.
• Submission of periodic reports on material/process quality results to the Plant Manager and Business Head.
• Liaise with external bodies e.g. UNBS to ensure compliance various standards
• Resolve customer complaints related to quality.
