ICT Officer, Sales Rep & Property Coordinator at Bible Society of Kenya

To effectively serve our mandate and to ensure the consistent delivery of quality programs, we are looking for mature, dynamic and self-motivated individuals to fill the following positions:

Provide data security for all BSK data

• Recommend and oversee equipment purchase, maintenance and use
• Provide access to BSK databases in real time by ensuring database and network availability
• Provide efficient and effective user support
• BSc in Information Sciences IT, ICT or related field.
• Has Microsoft Certification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ensure all collected payments are receipted. 
• Responsible for field imprest.
• Responsible for timely and accurate banking of sales payments.
• Perform any other duty as assigned by the General Secretary /CEO or any other authorized official of Bible Society of Kenya

Minimum Requirements

• 3 years of experience
• Develop and prepare plans for improvement and development of BSK properties to the highest and best use.
• Coordinate the use of automated and computerized systems for managing property.
• Ensure tenancy, occupancy and eviction management is done to required standard and legal requirements.
• Manage all records of BSK properties.
• Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance

Minimum Requirements

• 3 years’ experience in property management
• Clean valid driving licence an added advantage
