Accountant/ Finance at Karmec Company Ltd

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the organization's financial operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, integrity, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and accounting books.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Manage payroll processing and statutory deductions.
• Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.
• Monitor budgets and track company expenditures.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
