What You Will Do

• Support month-end/year-end close process & Group reporting.
• Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable
• Analyse financial information and summarize financial status
• Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process
• Assist with all tax audits and tax returns
• Completes external audit by analysing and scheduling general ledger accounts and providing information for auditors.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Ensure compliance with GAAP principles

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
• 3 years experience in accounting/finance
• Bilingual speakers of French and English will be given priority
• Audit background will be added advantage
• Experience working for a global company is an added advantage
• Experience with financial reporting requirements
