Qualifications & Requirements

• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with hospital financial policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA (K) / ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 10 years' experience in accounting, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setup.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or ERP systems). Strong knowledge of tax laws, payroll, and statutory compliance in Kenya.
