Accountant
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 2 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit
ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and present financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Perform regular financial analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost-saving measures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, CPA or relevant certification preferred.
- Proven experience 2 years working as an accountant or in a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with quick Books is a plus.
- Experience working in an Audit firm is a plus
- Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling financial information.
