Accounts Payable Clerk at Solvo Global

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and review vendor invoices
• Manage vendor payments and resolve discrepancies
• Reconcile vendor statements and transactions
• Prepare case-related cost reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely approvals
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Advanced English proficiency (C1)
• Experience in bookkeeping and accounting software
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• High attention to detail

Highly Preferred:

• Previous Accounts Payable experience within a law firm.

Ideal Backgrounds:

• Accounts Payable Clerk, AP Specialist, Accounts Payable Analyst, Accounting Assistant, Bookkeeper, Legal Accounting Clerk, or Legal Accounts Payable Specialist.
