Responsibilities

• Conduct farm training to our existing farmers on the correct utilization of the company's product. 
• Participate in presales activities in educating farmers on the company's product. 
• Conducting experiments and trials on the different crops with the company's product. 
• Participating in partnerships with external research groups and farmer support groups. 
• Develop knowledge awareness materials on product benefits and learning materials on appropriate utilization. 
• Document information in relation to knowledge and success stories on product use. 

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy or other relevant agricultural studies
• Minimum of 3 years of field experience 
• Understanding of small-scale farmers and their farming methods
•  Experience with farm trials, research methods, analysis of data, and presentation of results.
• Prior experience working with organic fertilizers is an added advantage
• Excellent in computer skills in MS office application 
• Team player with excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Kiswahili. Local dialects are a bonus 
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
