• Implement Scarab* Precision, an advanced system for managing pests and diseases in crops.
• Coordinate and conduct workshops, and quality assurance processes on floriculture farms. Supervise and provide continuous support in the implementation and use of the system.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Horticulture, Floriculture or a related field, interested in crop protection of greenhouse and open-field crops.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the floricultural sector in a technical role.
• Interest in innovation and the use of efficient and transparent work methods.
• Ability to lead workshops at operator and managerial levels in the floriculture sector.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Organisational and time management skills.
• Responsibility and proactivity.
• Flexibility to travel in the region.
• Driver's licence and own vehicle.
• Residency in Naivasha, Kenya.
