Our client, in the construction industry is looking for a candidate who is willing to learn and grow to join their team as an ARCHITECT.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
2. Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.
3. Developing and presenting project proposals.
4. Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs.
5. Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
6. Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact.
7. Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations.
8. Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.
9. Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Diploma in Architecture or its equivalent.
2. At least 3years experience in drawings, animations and making presentations.
3. Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
4. Strong creative and visualization skills.
5. Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
6. Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
