Assistant Executive - Graphic Designer (Online Content) at Pwani Oil

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Social & Digital Content Design-Create high-quality digital assets for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other online platforms.
• Campaign & Launch Support -Collaborate with brand and digital teams to translate campaign briefs into compelling visual content.
• Performance & Optimization Mindset-Identify opportunities to enhance engagement through layout, messaging hierarchy, and format optimization.
• Competitor & Trend Awareness-Translate relevant trends into brand-appropriate creative concepts that enhance digital presence.
• Website Visual Management-Design and update website banners, product visuals, and promotional assets.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. Content Planning & Asset Management-Maintain an organized digital asset library and content bank.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 1-3 years' experience in digital content design (FMCG or agency experience preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media and digital campaign work.
• Proficiency in Al-assisted creative tools for design and content production (e.g., generative image tools, Al-based design assistants, prompt-based creative workflows) to improve speed, quality, and iteration
• Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Basic familiarity with digital analytics platforms is an added advantage.
