    Assistant Executive – Utilities (Boilers, Power Plant)

    Responsibilities

    • Effective running of boilers
    • Standard operating procedures of boilers and general utility equipment formations
    • Controlling of operational costs
    • Ensure availability of solid fuels
    • Ensure availability of water stock
    • Preparing boilers for periodic inspection.
    • Safety of boilers and boiler crew
    • Optimum output of every steam equipment
    • Capacity Utilization of the boilers & power plant
    • Ensure adequate steam generation for the power plant

    Job Features

    • Education    Technical diploma or government (NITA) trained in Boiler operation and Maintenance
    • Profeciency test    Proficiency test certification as per OSHAT, WLO, ASME and HPV code.
    • Experience Level    2 years
    • Plant Management    Steam and turbine plant management
    • Skill    Boiler operations, Boiler fittings, Boiler water treatment and steam plant management
    • Skill Requirement    Plumbing /pipe fitting knowledge
    • Plant Maintenance Experience    Plant Maintenance especially pumps, mechanical seals, gland packing e.t.c.
    • Field Knowledge    High Pressure, Medium Pressure and Thermic Oil heater functionality
    • Individual Skills    Attention to detail, good planning of schedule, knowledge of engineering tools, safety and health awareness, ability to think fast on feet, driving skills.
