Assistant IT Support at ADEC Kenya Services EPZ Limited (ADEC Kenya)

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Science or any other related field.
• Minimum 1 year of IT experience in a busy BPO/KPO, particularly in a data-entry-related project, is a plus.
• Must have a good understanding of user environment management, including desktops/laptops, profile management, software delivery, etc.
• Must have a good familiarity with other IT Infrastructure technologies like network attached storage (NetApp), WAN acceleration devices, virtualization, and data warehouse.
• Must be a champion for pushing IT standards, procedures, policies, and best practices to the infrastructure team.
• Certifications in Microsoft (MCSE, Exchange)/Cisco/or other equivalent and recognized qualifications is an added advantage
• Ability to collaborate with other members of the team.
• Ability to conduct research and data analysis in a fast-paced environment

Flexible to accommodate different shift jobs, including night shifts, and must be staying within or ready to relocate to Kitengela and Athi River
