Assistant Shop Manager- Nakuru at Mi Smart Homes

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the promoter team for optimal performance
• Conduct stock verification and ensure inventory accuracy
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
• Organize weekly trainings and recommend products based on insights
• Serve as cashier when needed
• Ensure smooth opening and closing of the shop

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or store operations
• At least 6 months to 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role
