Our client in the beauty industry (a spa) is looking tfill the position of a Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa branch, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient staff management, and effective business performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, improving operational processes, and maintaining a welcoming environment for both customers and staff. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and a passion for wellness and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Oversee daily operations of the spa branches, ensuring smooth service delivery.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including hygiene, sanitation, and facility maintenance.
Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering of supplies tmaintain smooth operations.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness and presentation of the spa, including treatment rooms, reception area, and public spaces.
Customer Service & Client Relations:
Deliver high-quality customer service by ensuring all clients are treated with professionalism and respect.
Address client concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Enhance client loyalty through personalized services and consistent communication.
Ensure the spa is continually meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Sales & Marketing:
Drive sales and meet revenue targets by promoting spa services, packages, and retail products.
Develop promotional campaigns, events, and packages tattract new clients and retain existing ones.
Monitor and report on sales performance and client feedback tidentify opportunities for improvement.
Staff Management:
Train and supervise staff, including beauty therapists, receptionists, and support personnel.
