Brand Manager- Beverage & Snacks at Promasidor Kenya Ltd

 Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Brand Manager Beverage & Snacks to lead the development and execution of brand strategies that drive growth, increase market share, and strengthen brand equity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned to business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end brand activities including innovation, campaigns, and performance tracking.
• Plan and monitor marketing budgets to ensure effective use of resources.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and trade channels.
• Conduct regular market visits to assess execution, visibility, and growth opportunities.
• Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity.
• Work closely with Sales and Distribution teams to drive in-market execution and availability.
• Manage agencies and partners to deliver high-quality and timely campaigns.
• Track and report on key brand performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Quality Food Products Support innovation and new product development initiatives.
• Drive portfolio performance and brand profitability.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 4-7 years' experience in brand/marketing roles within FMCG.
• Proven track record in brand growth, campaign execution, and market impact.
• Experience working closely with Sales and Trade Marketing teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
