Business Analyst/ Test Manager at Tezza Business Solutions Ltd

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst / Test Manager to play a dual role on two of our strategic projects: Payment Solutions (EM-Tech Integration) and Digital Loan Origination. You’ll be responsible for leading the requirements lifecycle and ensuring the quality and integrity of our new platforms. This is a critical position that requires a hands-on approach to both business analysis and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Lead discovery sessions to elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements for the payment and loan origination platforms.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Develop and implement a comprehensive UAT strategy. This includes preparing test plans, creating detailed test scripts, and coordinating UAT with business stakeholders.
• Defect Management: Actively manage the defect resolution process, from logging and tracking issues to collaborating with development teams to ensure timely fixes.
• Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation, including user stories, process flows, and system specifications.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Manager, developers, and business units to ensure requirements are well-defined and understood.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Expertise in preparing UAT strategies and developing test scripts.
• Experience in defect management and using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
• Experience in the financial services or FinTech industry is a strong plus.

Academic:

• A Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Business Administration or any other Business-related degree
• Hold at least one BA certification
