Clinician at Machakos Doctor's Plaza

Reporting To: Medical Director / Facility In-Charge

Job Summary:

The Clinician will be responsible for providing quality outpatient medical care, diagnosing and treating patients, and ensuring adherence to clinical standards and protocols within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient consultations, examinations, and medical assessments.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic illnesses.
• Prescribe medications appropriately and safely.
• Request and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests.
• Perform minor medical procedures where necessary.
• Provide health education and counseling to patients.
• Participate in continuous medical education (CME) and clinical meetings.
• Refer patients appropriately when specialized care is required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma in Clinical Medicine.
• Registered and licensed by the Clinical Officers Council (COC).
• Valid practicing license.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience (healthcare facility experience preferred).
