Remote Sales Representative – UK Market at Ecom Giant Retail Limited T/A AutopilotBusiness

• Ecom Giant Retail Limited T/A AutopilotBusiness, a UK-registered company based in Basingstoke, United Kingdom, is hiring a fully remote Sales Representative based in Kenya. You will work from home in Kenya and sell to UK businesses by phone during UK business hours. You will be employed by Two Max Group, our Employer of Record in Kenya, which pays your salary in Kenyan shillings and handles PAYE, NSSF, SHIF and the Housing Levy. You will work for AutopilotBusiness as its client company.
•  A salaried role, paid from your first day: USD 305 per month (gross, paid in Kenyan shillings and never less than KES 40,000) during a 6-month probation, plus USD 50 – 150 commission per active client per month. Once confirmed, your basic salary rises to USD 400 per month, with the same commission on top. As a Sales Representative you can earn up to USD 2,000 per month, and Sales Manager pay is expected to be up to USD 2,500 per month.

• Salary once confirmed: USD 400 per month (gross), plus the same per-client commission, plus a USD 100 monthly bonus when you have the full 10 active clients (maximum 10 active clients)
• Earning Potential: with the full 10 clients, from USD 1,000 up to USD 2,000 per month, depending on package. Sales Manager: up to USD 2,500 per month.

Job Summary

• AutopilotBusiness is a UK agency that provides done-for-you AI automation and social media management for independent UK local businesses. We are recruiting a confident, resilient Sales Representative in Kenya, the first member of our Kenyan sales team, to make outbound calls to UK business owners and sell our monthly service. Packages start from £1,000 per month.
• We start with gyms and fitness studios, then move on to restaurants and cafés, then hair and beauty salons. The role is fully remote from Kenya.
• What you can earn: you are paid a salary from your first day. During your 6-month probation you earn USD 305 per month (gross) plus USD 50 – 150 per active client per month, for each month the client pays, while you are employed with us. Once you are confirmed in the role, your basic salary rises to USD 400 per month. With the full 10 clients on Platinum you can earn USD 2,000 per month (USD 400 + 10 × USD 150 + USD 100 bonus), the top earnings for a Sales Representative. Top performers can move up to Sales Manager as the team grows, with pay expected to be up to USD 2,500 per month.

About the Company

• Ecom Giant Retail Limited, trading as AutopilotBusiness, is registered in the United Kingdom and run by its founder and CEO, Calvin Odoi, from Basingstoke, England. AutopilotBusiness sells three monthly packages to UK local businesses: Basic (£1,000), Premium (£1,500) and Platinum (£2,000).
• We are building our first sales team, starting with one Sales Representative working remotely from Kenya. You sell it. We build it. You do not need a technical background and you will not install anything. Once you close a client, our team sets up and runs the service.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to owners and managers of UK gyms, restaurants, cafés and salons
• Introduce AutopilotBusiness's service professionally, find out what the business needs, and explain how we can help
• Handle objections confidently and move interested owners to a booked call and a paid sign-up. Owners who are on the fence may be offered a 30-day free trial.
• Follow up with prospects by phone and email from the shared AutopilotBusiness company inbox
• Keep accurate records of calls, leads and outcomes in the company CRM system
• Follow UK calling rules at all times, including screening numbers against the UK Corporate Telephone Preference Service (CTPS)
• Use the scripts, training and calling system AutopilotBusiness provides, and give feedback on what works
• Handle prospect and client information confidentially and securely

Key Requirements, Skills and Qualifications

• Fluent, confident spoken English and clear written English
• Experience in telesales, outbound sales, a call centre or BPO, or B2B sales is strongly preferred
• Available to work UK business hours consistently (11:00am – 8:00pm EAT from 2nd November 2026, and 10:00am – 7:00pm EAT from 29th March 2027, 8 working hours plus a 1-hour unpaid break, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week)
• Your own laptop and a good-quality headset with a microphone
• Reliable high-speed internet and a reliable power supply (backup power such as a UPS is an advantage)
• A quiet workspace at home where you can take professional calls without background noise
• Self-driven and disciplined enough to work remotely without close supervision
• Resilient and target-driven. You will hear "no" many times before you hear "yes"

Selection Process

• The process runs in stages: application, then a video call and mock sales pitch for shortlisted candidates. With your consent, interviews may be recorded so we can review them fairly. The successful candidate receives a written offer, conditional on signing a written employment contract, ID and right-to-work checks, and references. The role starts with a 6-month paid probation with clear sales targets and a performance review every month. The targets are set out in full in the written offer.

Remuneration and Benefits
During probation (months 1–6)

• Basic salary: USD 305 per month (gross, paid in Kenyan shillings, never less than KES 40,000, including a 15% housing allowance). AutopilotBusiness pays all money-transfer fees.
• Monthly client commission: USD 50 (Basic), USD 100 (Premium) or USD 150 (Platinum) per active client per month, for each month the client pays, while you are employed with us
• 10-client limit and bonus: apply from your first day (see below)

Once confirmed in the role

• Basic salary: USD 400 per month (gross)
• Monthly client commission: the same USD 50 / 100 / 150 per active client per month
• Client limit: you manage up to 10 active clients, so every client gets proper attention
• 10-client bonus: an extra USD 100 per month for any month you have the full 10 active clients
• Keep selling at 10: if you sign a client when you already have 10, the client is handed to a colleague (or, until we have a second Sales Representative, managed by AutopilotBusiness) and you still earn a handover fee (set out in our commission policy)
• Example earnings: USD 1,000 – 2,000 per month with the full 10 clients, depending on package (including the 10-client bonus). For example, 10 clients on Platinum = USD 2,000 per month (the maximum for a Sales Representative); 10 clients on Premium = USD 1,500 per month; a mix of 4 Basic, 4 Premium and 2 Platinum = USD 1,400 per month (400 + 200 + 400 + 300 + 100)
• Career growth: top performers can be promoted to Sales Manager as the team grows, with pay expected to be up to USD 2,500 per month
