B2B Sales Manager

- Salary Range KSh 100,000 - KSh 150,000/month
- Our client, a fleet management solutions company, is seeking a highly analytical, commercially minded, and results-driven Sales Manager with strong expsoure in preferable telemtics, IOT or technology industry
Key Result Areas :
- Lead revenue growth across telematics, tracking devices, fuel sensors and IoT solutions.
- Develop sales strategy, territory plans and key account management programs.
- Manage B2B sales pipeline, tenders and corporate accounts.
- Coach and manage sales executives to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Build partnerships with fleet operators, logistics firms, transporters and insurers.
- Minimum 5+ years sales experience, preferably in telematics or fleet management.
