    Business Development Lead

    Job Description

    • The overall purpose of the role is to drive the growth and expansion of the company's business-to-business (B2B) relationships and revenue streams. This involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating and nurturing relationships with potential clients and Solvit's partners, and ultimately closing deals that contribute to the company's growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop new business strategies for customer acquisition
    • Identify growth opportunity areas and business dealers to strengthen the business
    • Achieve set sales targets and increase overall market share of the assigned portfolios
    • Identify and secure new business opportunities across B2B and seek opportunities for growth
    • Delivering customer presentations and be able to clearly outline the benefits and advantages of the company’s offering
    • Generate requests from channel partners and their intermediaries and grow business volumes as per the business plan
    • Work through insurance companies, their staff and their intermediaries to drive more valuations to the company aside from existing providers,
    • Getting more assessments by getting more accidents to be assessed through the company
    • Gather market intelligence reports and share with management team
    • Writing customer proposals, pipeline management and forecasting
    • Prepare and submit activity reports: daily call reports, weekly/monthly work plans and annual analysis updates
    • Assist the directors with prospecting and pursuing of potential channel partners especially by providing information on the company solutions and following up leads generated by the directors and other staff members
    • Work to ensure the company signa up new clients; agents and brokers in particular and gets into different organizations' (Banks and Insurance) panel
