3+ years of experience as a software engineer, with leadership experience preferred.
Strong proficiency in C# and software development best practices.
Experience with large codebases (50K+ lines) and familiarity with GitHub for proactive improvements.
Knowledge of Al systems and code-creation tools is a plus.
Ability to train LLM models with scalable, stable backend components using modern coding practices across various languages.
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and strategic abilities.
Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Responsibilites:
Review Al-generated code to ensure quality and adherence to best practices. Manage project cycles, set goals, prioritize tasks, and coordinate deadlines. Apply C# expertise to address complex coding challenges during Al validation.
Validate Al-generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and integrate Al capabilities.
Provide feedback on team members' code to maintain high development standards.
