    Content Marketing Lead

    JOB DESCRIPTION:  

    Are you adept at translating technical content into compelling narratives? Do you enjoy optimising copy and landing pages?

    Then we are looking for you!

    Cellulant is looking for a content creator with good SEO skills and an understanding of inbound marketing strategies.  

    Your role will focus on generating a wide variety of thoughtful, engaging content for use across our owned digital platforms such as blogs, case studies, marketing emails, white papers, scripts for video content, social media posts and other communications to improve our product knowledge and attract a qualified audience. You have strong research and writing skills in addition to being adept at web management. 

    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Content Curation

    • Manage and write both short-form and long-form content on our product (Tingg) such as emails, whitepapers, case studies, video scripts etc. to drive product awareness, web traffic and subscriber growth to support merchant acquisition and brand goals.  
    • Write multiple blog articles in a week while managing the content calendar for the Cellulant and Tingg blog. 
    • Support video production efforts (product tutorials, customer testimonials) to raise brand awareness of our products and enable lead nurturing. 
    • Liaise with the creative team (design) to create visual assets supporting content amplification such as blog banners, landing pages, email banners, and infographics.

    Website Management/SEO 

    • Implementing quick changes required e.g. CTAs, copy and up to whole page designs and publications. 
    • Utilise web metrics and SEO knowledge to maximize search rankings, optimize content, and analyze user engagement. 
    • Grow organic traffic to our websites. 

    Stakeholder & Project Management 

    • Cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams across the organization to gather relevant content showcasing our product to achieve brand and business objectives. 
    • Undertake research of our products, merchants and customers
    • Work well with external agencies, vendors and suppliers for success across our different markets

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

    Qualifications:

    • 4+ years of experience in producing content for the web/online audiences.  
    • 2+  years of experience developing and executing B2B demand generation programs
    • Proven track record in building online audiences and executing content-led campaigns. 
    • A good understanding of best practices and recent trends in content marketing 
    • Adept at Google Analytics, WordPress and SEO.  
    • BA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related discipline.
