Our client has the master vendor agreement for a well positioned international fast food brand for Uganda, Ivory Coast, Kenya and Ghana. In order to be awarded these master vendor agreements, business cases for each region have been set out and agreed, and 3 stores are currently either being built or have opened. Whilst the company has similar agreements with other quick service food brands, this is a new Joint Venture for them which requires a skilled leader to build the business essentially "from scratch"- although with significant infrastructure to leverage from both JV partners. To deliver on their existing commitment of 100 stores to roll out within the next 5 years,
EXPERIENCE:
This is your chance to be based in either Ghana or Kenya and to set out a business exactly as you see fit, without capital constraints, but in the most profitable and efficient way. Significant travel is to be expected.
