    Chief Integrity & Ethics Officer

    Key Duties:

    • Develop and implement corporate integrity, ethics, and compliance frameworks.
    • Oversee anti-corruption initiatives and fraud prevention mechanisms.
    • Lead investigations into ethical breaches and misconduct.
    • Establish whistleblower protection systems and reporting channels.
    • Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and governance standards.
    • Advise the Board and Executive Management on ethical risk exposure.
    • Drive ethics awareness training and culture change initiatives.

    Skills Required:

    • Strong corporate governance and compliance expertise.
    • Investigative and analytical capabilities.
    • High ethical judgment and discretion.
    • Risk assessment and mitigation skills.
    • Policy development and implementation competence.
    • Excellent communication and advisory skills.
