    Chief Operating Officer

    Must Haves:

    • Minimum 10+ years in senior leadership roles, ideally including direct COO experience or equivalent.
    • Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced degree.
    • Proven experience in operational leadership in healthcare, retail, or franchise-based models.
    • Hands-on experience scaling operations in LMICs (Low- and Middle-Income Countries).
    • Demonstrated success in leading or collaborating with marketing teams to drive measurable brand and engagement results.
    • Leadership in organizations with 20–100+ outlets, with strategic and executional responsibility.
    • Strong data-driven decision-making and partnership development capabilities.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • The COO will lead the organization's operational strategy and execution, supporting growth across multiple regions and service points. This includes:
    • Overseeing marketing collaboration to drive brand growth and customer engagement.
    • Scaling operations within either:
    • Large-scale organizations (100+ locations across countries), or
    • Medium-scale organizations (20–100 outlets), with full responsibility for planning and performance.
    • Driving strategic partnerships, both internal and external, including public-private partnerships and government/NGO collaborations.
    • Managing compliance, quality, supply chain, technology integration, and human resource frameworks for health systems.
    • Ensuring the organization meets and exceeds operational KPIs, cost management goals, and service quality benchmarks.
